IMP AWIP Metal Buildings

THE PANELIZER: Revolutionizing IMP Installation

Overview

The Panelizer is a state-of-the-art construction equipment designed to streamline the installation of One Deck insulated metal panels for high-performance buildings. This innovative solution is transforming how roof decking is constructed, offering unparalleled safety and efficiency.

Key Features

  • Advanced Lifting Capability: The Panelizer can lift 6 insulated metal panels simultaneously, allowing for the construction of modular sections on the ground.
  • Enhanced Safety: By eliminating the majority of dangerous work on the leading edge, the Panelizer significantly reduces the risk of falls and other job site injuries.
  • Efficient Operation: The ability to build and lift entire sections in one go enhances productivity and reduces overall construction time.

THE BENEFITS OF MODULAR CONSTRUCTION

1. Increased Efficiency and Speed

Faster project completion:  Modular construction significantly reduces construction time by lifting multiple IMP’s at once.

Simultaneous Workflow:  While panels are assembled into modular sections on the ground, site preparations can continue simultaneously on the roof.

2. Enhanced Quality Control

Consistent  Assembly:  Assembling modular sections on the ground ensures a controlled environment where quality can be consistently monitored and maintained.

Precision Construction:  The use of the Panelizer ensures precise placement of panels, resulting in a higher-quality finished product. Building sections on the ground eliminates moving IMP’s on the roof and risk of damaging panels.

3. Improved Safety
Safer Work Environment:  The Panelizer reduces the amount of work done at heights, significantly decreasing the risk of falls and injuries on the job site.

Less On-Site Exposure: With more work done on the ground and less on the roof, workers spend less time in hazardous conditions.

4. Reduced Disruption
Shorter On-Site TimeFaster installation of your roof means the construction site is occupied for a shorter period, beneficial for projects in busy or sensitive locations.

Work Through Weather:  The Panelizer does not need power and does not use suction cups. Frost, dust, or rain will not affect how the Panelizer functions so your crew can keep working.

HOW IT WORKS

PREPARATION

Panels are assembled fully on the ground, including all stitch screws and non-skinning sealant.  Any adjustments like trimming or prepping panels is done before lifting.

LIFTING

The Panelizer is then mechanically attached with stitch screws. Once attached the Panelizer is lifted by crane and flown into place.

INSTALLATION

Erectors on the roof will receive the modular section and install. The Panelizer will be unscrewed and sent down for another pick.
